Information we collect

Account details you give us: your name, email address, phone number and password.

Order and shipping details: the items you ask us to buy or forward, product links, your delivery addresses, parcel contents and value for customs, and your messages to us.

Payment details: card payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not see or store your full card number.

Automatic data: IP address, device and browser information, and cookies, collected when you use the site.

How we use your information

To provide the service: to buy items on your behalf, receive, store, consolidate and ship your parcels, and keep you updated.

To take payment, issue receipts and manage deposits and refunds.

To prepare customs and shipping documents required to send your parcel internationally.

To provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse (including bot protection), operate our loyalty points and rewards, comply with legal obligations, and — where you have agreed — send you news and offers.

Our legal bases

Who we share it with

Payment processing (Stripe) and money transfer (Wise); email delivery (Amazon SES); bot/abuse protection (Cloudflare Turnstile); shipping carriers (such as FedEx and Japan Post) and customs authorities; and the online stores or sellers from whom we buy items on your behalf.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

International data transfers

We are based in Japan, so your information is processed in Japan and in the countries where our service providers operate. When you send us your information from another country, you understand it will be transferred and processed as described in this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide the service, and thereafter as required for tax, accounting, legal and dispute-resolution purposes.
