Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of BUYSHIP.JP, a service of 株式会社ドンサプライ ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What we do

BUYSHIP.JP helps you shop from Japan and ship worldwide in two ways: proxy buying, where we purchase items from Japanese stores on your behalf; and parcel forwarding, where we receive parcels at our Japan address, store and consolidate them, and forward them to you.

We act as your buying agent and forwarder. We are not the manufacturer or original seller of the goods and do not control their price, availability, authenticity or condition.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person or entity per account.

Proxy purchasing

When you ask us to buy an item, you authorise us to purchase it on your behalf using the funds or deposit you provide. Prices, stock and product details come from third-party sellers and can change or sell out.

Once we have placed an order with a seller, it may not be possible to cancel or change it. Goods are supplied in the condition and specification described by the seller.

Fees, deposits and payment

You agree to pay the item cost, our service and handling fees, shipping charges and any applicable surcharges shown to you. Some orders require a deposit before we buy or ship.

Payments are made through our payment provider. You are responsible for any bank or currency-conversion costs charged by your own provider.

Prohibited and restricted items

You may not use our service for items that are illegal, counterfeit, hazardous or dangerous goods, or otherwise restricted for export from Japan or import into your country. It is your responsibility to ensure an item is legal to buy, export and import.

We may refuse, hold, return or dispose of any item that we reasonably believe breaches these terms or the law, and you remain responsible for any resulting costs.

Shipping, customs and duties

You are the importer of the goods. Any import duties, taxes or fees charged in the destination country are your responsibility and are usually collected on delivery.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Carriage is also subject to the carrier's own terms.

Storage and abandoned parcels

We store your items free for the period stated on the site, after which storage fees may apply. If items are left unpaid or unclaimed beyond the stated period, we may treat them as abandoned and dispose of them, and any deposit may be applied to outstanding charges.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts of sellers or carriers, for customs decisions or seizures, or for delays outside our control.

To the extent we are liable, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected order (and, for loss or damage in transit, to the compensation available under the carrier's terms and any declared value or insurance you purchased).

Loyalty points and rewards

Points and rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may change or expire. We may adjust or remove points issued in error or obtained through abuse.

Your responsibility

You agree to cover our reasonable losses, costs and claims arising from your breach of these terms, your provision of incorrect information, or your attempt to buy, export or import an item that is not permitted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over Osaka, Japan, unless the mandatory law of your country of residence provides otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the "last updated" date above, and your continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
